Custom Orders

Custom order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once placed.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by original receipt

A restocking fee may apply.

Bedding

All bedding items (including pillows, mattress covers, duvets, and sheets) are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Clearance & Floor Models

All clearance items and floor models are final sale.

Customers must inspect these items prior to purchase.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items. If items do not meet return conditions, we may refuse the return or apply a reduced refund.
